YOUR CHAIN IS ONLY AS STRONG AS YOUR WEAKEST LINK
I SUCK at these things but I always try and get better! Each year I write down the 3 things that I know I have started to slip in, in regards to technique and accuracy from the year prior. This allows me to hyper focus on my weakest links so as I make them better, I inadvertently make them my strong point. In this video, I share with you the three things I know I need to personally focus on this winter to get them polished up prior to the new outdoor season. It’s been my experience that these things are usually related more times than not and that technique is usually a “cause and effect”. By writing these down you can focus specifically on each one at different times until your weakest link becomes your strongest. This method of self assessment is, or should be, continual and something you self assess all year.
