SEASON 3: #4 Focus on the Process Not the Prize

In this 4th and final session of the School Of Nock Season 3, Dudley brings everything together helping you overcome target panic and execute your very best shots. In this session you will be getting your sight back on your bow, which will really allow you to focus on embracing the pin float on the target. Dudley will reiterate the importance of keeping your targets large in the beginning while eventually working your way to smaller targets as you advance forward focusing on the process and not the prize.
