Less (poundage) is more when it comes to your archery training

Lower poundage makes you better! As a target archer I was forced to pull lower weight on my bow setups. What I learned from that, is that lower pulling weight helps you get so much better in practice because you keep better stamina, have less wear and tear on your body and are more comfortable working on new technique. I think this is such a great protocol for all archers because the more you can practice with top form, the more you will solidify great technique.
