Opening Day in Alberta gets HEAVY quick with a monster chocolate bear! The new Hoyt RX10 and G5 T2 broadhead made quick work of this beast at 40 yds. While covering miles looking for mule deer we spotted a bear feeding along the timber edge about a mile out. We used a pipeline burn to shield us as we closed the gap. As we set up for the interception it became obvious this bruin was not only a belly dragger but he was also color phased. This fall bear was pushing 8′ nose to tail with a monster skull.
